Question:
What is your current interpretation of the CCRs?
Option 1: Common Area/Owner walls are treated under the general rules of law regarding Party Walls just like Owner/Owner walls. Each is responsible for maintaining the side of the wall that faces that property. Replacement is shared 50/50.
Option 2: The Association is 100% responsible for walls that are shared between Owner and Common Area except the side facing the Owner.
Option 3: The Owner is 100% responsible for walls that are shared between Owner and Common Area except the side facing the Common Area.
Option 4: Other - please comment.
Option 5: I don't have a current understanding.
